The RPK-60000 uses lN₂ to cool the baffle and radiation shield. Each cryopump has two 63 foreline flanges, H₂ vapor pressure gauge, two silicon diodes and two RGD-1040 coldheads.

The RGD-1245 is the coldhead unit for the RPK-3000 Oerlikon Leybold cryopump.
